Description of Service

Glam AI provides AI-powered photo enhancement and effects. Our services leverage third-party AI technologies, including Seedream (by Volcengine) and ChatGPT (by OpenAI), to process your images and generate creative content.

User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the AI effects you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the images you provide.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools generate results based on algorithms. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes, and generated content may vary. You agree not to use our AI services to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

In-App Purchases and Payments

You can purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the app:

Yearly subscription: $39.99/year; Weekly subscription: $4.99/week.

Your subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase confirmation and will automatically renew (based on the selected term) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.

You may not cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data, including facial data processed by our AI partners (Seedream and OpenAI).

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glam AI shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the AI features or the results generated.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs within the app are the intellectual property of Glam AI or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
